I really doubt SEGA will be going through the hassle of reacquiring the copyrights for this game, honestly.

It's not like JP is something hot nowadays, unlike the Ninja Turtles.

Since there will be another movie sequel, the JP games may actually make it to VC in a year or two. Naturally I would guess it to coincide with the release of the new movie.
