Anyone buy Boogie yet?

Meh. Still looks too gimmicky/too casual. I'll give it a pass. I might be interested in DDR Hottest Party, but I might give it a pass, too, if there isn't an option to turn off stupid hand motions.

Yeah I am reading reviews that are giving it a 5.5/10. There comments are broken controls, shallow gameplay, and being way to easy. It looked fun but after these negative reviews I will steer clear of this one.

I'm skipping on this. I don't really even understand the point. I know you sing and dance and put the two together to make videos.....but why? I didn't like the way it looked when it was first announced and I don't like what I hear now. It's too bad though because I was really hoping I would be wrong.

Well, I decided to pick it up today with a 20% off Toys R Us coupon I had. It's pretty cool. Definitely not a hardcore game but something light and fun. I've only played it for about 20 minutes today though.

With my limited gaming time this fits my bill for light, fast, and quirky yet still fun. hehe

One thing I noticed is that when I put the disc in it does a Wii update which almost makes wonder if they'll enable down loadable content for it.

my girlfriend wants to get it but I don't because of what I've heard. I'm trying to convince her to wait until something similar but better comes out.
