Never really understood it, but then I'm a bit of a luddite when it comes to these things, since I've been practising Kyokushin Karate since I was 7. I think, in terms of efficient combat strategy, it was always inevitable that MMA would eventually evolve towards ground-based moves and grappling, but those are the very two things I haven't a clue about.
Where do you watch this stuff on TV, anyways?

Everytime i've ever watched anything like that I felt like I was watching gay porn, since 9-10 most matches are spent with some dancing, followed by a BIG HUG *said in the style of the Teletubbies* on the floor for 2 minutes.
So, no, I don't like those things. iNma if you're in the U.K which I believe you are, they're on Bravo and TWC all the time. If you have Sky that is.

Im a huge fan really i just watched the GSP vs Finch not to long ago
dang that was a good fight. And also Brock Lesnar is a joke  if u just lay on top of a guy for 3 rounds and dont finish him u either really like him alot or just dumb.
