Actually I think there's four.

I happened to pick up Midway Arcade Treasures a while ago. According to it there's four, which MAT3 has 2 of:

-RUSH
-RUSH The Rock, being an "expansion pack" to the original. This is why MAT3 doesn't have the original.
-RUSH 2, unfortunately it isn't on MAT3.
-RUSH 2049, my favorite. MAT3 has the 64 version.

Unless The Rock IS Rush 2 (doubtful), then there are in reality, 4 Rush games, and I have one to find.
