If it was a frame rate update, would that affect
everything? I.e. the speed issues affect the speed of the start countdown and everything...
Also, sometimes it only happens on a particular course, especially the moo-moo farm one. Other times, it affects everything. Also, it only affects the races, not battle mode.
Good job I'm a fan of battle mode, eh?
