Yoshi's Story is a second year title ('98 ) so we wouldn't have long to wait.
I think it's gonna be out on VC this year.

And before that happens we'll get Nintendo World Cup (NES)
and other older soccer titles.
Anyways, Konami's first N64 release would be Aerofighters Assault.
I hope there's coming Hybrid Heaven and the Goemon Games soon after.
