From a technical point of view, the best N64 game should be Pokemon Stadium 2 (GS in japan) mainly because of its amazing visuals, effects, animations, 3D modeling and frame rate. It was not only the best looking game for the system, but also provided a lot of options for pokefans making this game a must for trading, breeding, storing and battling.

But saddly many people skipped this game because it had "pokemon" in its name, as always with the pokemon franchise.
