There isn't a "VC-PC thread", Slurm. The main gaming club has merely expanded to accomodate PCDL alongside VC and WW. Whoever is chosen can choose from any of these three mediums and as this is phase 2 of the club with new rules and new options, EVERYONE is a valid picker again as we arn't concerned if you picked in the previous phase.*
The PSN thread is its own offshoot entity and has no bearing on the original, ongoing club.
* I've excluded myself from nomination given that I had to make an emergency stand-in pick in Phase 1 of the club thus have chosen two games in the past.
