To be fair, if this is a case of an unscrupulous employee ripping into an envelope, there's nothing that would stop him from doing the same thing to a bubble mailer or a box. I actually received a package from someone here (I forget who, maybe enig) that was packed up nice and tight in a bubble mailer and arrived completely open (repacked into one of those "We're so sorry!" USPS bags), but fortunately nothing was missing. |
