There's no point in trying to reason with or engage him Mickey. People like Kawaii are the reason the modern generation runs on apathy. To them, nothing will ever work so there's no point in them even getting out of bed in the morning.
As usual he's also completely wrong, complaints (and the emergence of the grey import scene that people turned to as an alternative to poor PAL conversions) played a big part in the seismic changes that occured in PAL gaming across the late 90's and early 00's.
