Warning: Spoiler Below. Thanks to Destructoid I learned of the overpowered assault rifle. When you have this it makes the game VERY easy to breeze through when you earn enough for it in the Director's Cut. Scoring is harder though as it's erratic firing will nix any combos you are trying to build up unless you are very careful.
